Refund & Return Policy We understand the nature of perfumes as sensitive products, so we have established a fair policy that guarantees the customer's rights and protects public health standards. Decision period: The customer has 7 days from the date of receiving the shipment to submit a return or exchange request. Product acceptance criteria: Since perfumes are cosmetic products, to accept the return, the product must be in its original manufacturing condition. Any removal of the transparent plastic cover or testing the perfume even with one spray makes the product non-returnable for health and safety reasons. Handling damage or error: If a damaged perfume or a different item than ordered is received, please photograph the product and contact us immediately. We will bear all costs of replacement shipping without any additional charges to the customer. Optional return fees: If the customer wishes to return for personal reasons and the product is completely intact, the cost of shipping both ways will be deducted from the refunded amount. Refund timeline: The refund will be processed within 7 to 14 working days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse and is inspected, and the refund will be transferred exclusively to the original payment method.
